This is a high dynamic range photograph printed on canvas and taken on Lake Lanier off Mt. Vernon Road in Gainesville, Georgia. The fall leaves on the shore added some color as the sun was breaking through the clouds on a cool crisp winter morning. The remnants of a light fog were quickly lifting. When you’re cold and in the dark, the light breaking through is always a welcome sight.
