This photo was taken on Lake Lanier off Mt. Vernon Road in Gainesville, Georgia just as the sun broke over the water on a cool crisp winter morning. The remnants of a light fog were quickly lifting. When you’re cold and in the dark, the light breaking through is always a welcome sight.
